Trail Defense Differential covers.

Our covers are designed from the ground up with abuse in mind. We started
with a nodular iron cover and then used ribs to add strength. To add
rigidity and eliminate the possibility of peeling the cover off and losing
all of your fluids, we designed the flange area to be 5/8" thick and recessed
all the stainless steel hardware into the flange so the bolts could not be
damaged. The fill hole was raised to increase oil capacity and then plugged
with a stainless steel fill plug. To ease your oil changes and maintenance
we supply the covers with a premium "Lube Locker" gasket so you will never
have to wipe up drips from paper gaskets or peel and scrape RTV again. Our
covers come standard with gloss black UV stable powdercoating to reduce
fading and may be custom ordered in different colors or painted over to match your rig.
A very unique feature that we designed into the cover is the ability to
offer the covers with custom name badges. For a one time $100 fee we can
make the covers unique to a person, club, logo or company. The one badge can
be used over and over and also will be compatible with the other sizes of
covers that we have.
These covers are designed with abuse in mind and to back it up they come
with a lifetime warranty against failure .
